An open letter to kebbi state politicians

Anytime I see our governors, senators,ministers,president and our royal kings moving around with thugs,heavy armed security personnel in a procession of many vehicles.This shows Africans are yet to experience representative leadership. Any leader who can not move and mingle freely with the people he represent is an imposture. Any leader who can not come home and leave his door open for his people regardless of his excuses is fake. Any leader whose subjects can not remove him from the power they gave him after he failed them is a tyrant. In our country laws only protect the powerful by killing the innocent.

Our politicians sponsor killings as a means to gain power ...They did it in the past and succeed, they are still doing it ...The same people who are responsible for all loss of lives in Nigeria are the same people chairing and coming out to tell us how lives can be protected...is there any remedy ? no..why ? Because we prefer to pray or blame God than use our brains and solve problems that God has giving us the ability to fix...Religion and Regionalism or tribalism have enslaved our minds ....We worship politicians in the name of God ..To a Nigerian God is politics and can only worship him through politicians ...

Leadership means service by solving the problems deliberately and not deliberately created by your people and those that result from natural phenomena. You can not do this when you keep such a distance from your people ..If you are not ready to solve problems , do not aspire to become a leader .r you can resign..I pity us..I wake up with this feeling this morning.

Our politicians in kebbi state are seasonal , coming home only during campaigns, hardly do they spend a day attending to their families and friends talk less of those who voted them .look at what our state has become.Before elections they always pack themselves into a single party hence history continue to repeat itself. Our religious clerics and academicians are always purchased .

We are hapless ,helpless. Democracy is murdered here .There's a grand conspiracy against the poor in kebbi state. They only come or call home when they need their people but will never come home when their people need them. They attend to their youths only when they need to renew their power after which ,they will never pick your calls again.
